Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. In order to receive a return authorization number (RA#) please email us at: email@example.com.
In order to receive credit, returned items must be received in the original packaging in sellable condition.
A copy of the RA# must accompany returned merchandise. Failure to do so may result in credit not being processed.
If you receive any missing or defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days and we will ship a replacement out generally within 5-7 business days.
