This easy to make snack is made of only 4 healthy ingredients and only take about 5 minutes to make.
For our Matcha rice Krispies Squares we used brown puffed rice, margarine, vegan marshmallows and Matcha
We chose brown rice because it is low in calories, higher in fiber and contains little fat, no sodium and no cholesterol.
And, did you know that marshmallows are not naturally vegan ? Vegan marshmallows are made with all natural ingredients and they contain no gelatin.
You can also add the matcha of your choice to this recipe ! Feeling for a taste of autumn ? Add our chai matcha !
This snack is perfect for lunchboxes or simply to enjoy in front of a good movie under a warm blanket !

Easy to make
Low in calories
3 tbsp of margarine
1 pack of vegan marshmallow
1 to 2 tsp of the matcha of your choice
6 cups of brown puffed rice
White chocolate for decoration
Melt margarine in large pan over low heat.
Add the vegan marshmallows and stir until melted and well-blended.
Add the brown puffed rice
Add the matcha
Stir until well coated
Place in a square container and squeeze the mixture
Once cooled, cut into square of 2 x 2 inches
Decorate with melted white chocolate
