Let's kick off the week with a delicious, healthy and easy to make snack. For this recipe, we only use quality ingredients including our 100% all natural Matcha.
This snack gives you energy, helps with concentration and...weight loss ! Tadam! Isn't it amazing? How does this snack helps with weight loss? The fibers in the chia seeds helps to capture the bile salts, cholesterol and toxic elements of your digestive system.
Plus, the pudding cuts down hunger! The fibers in Matcha and chia seeds absorb the carbohydrates and lipids which reduces the process of the digestive system.
That way, the sustaining ingredients stay longer in your stomach therefore, it cuts down your appetite.

Naturally vegan & gluten-free
Refreshing and low in calories
¼ cup of hot water
2 spoons of Teangle Cooking Matcha
1 cup of milk of your choice (we used almond milk)
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice (we chose coconut whipped cream and berries)
Whisk the hot water and the matcha in a bowl until the texture is smooth.
Stir the rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
Add the toppings of your choice.
